Ingredients:
250g button mushrooms
1 cup thick yogurt
2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 bell pepper (capsicum), diced
1 onion, cut into wedges
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Preparation of Marinade:

In a bowl, combine thick yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Marinating the Mushrooms:

Add the button mushrooms, diced bell pepper, and onion wedges to the marinade. Toss until the vegetables are well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Skewering:

Preheat the grill or oven. Thread the marinated mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately.
Cooking:

Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and slightly charred.
Serving:

Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with green chutney and lemon wedges.
